1. Must have a valid
I.D.
2.One free guest per band member.
3.We record the bands from the board and give you the copy when its
done...for free!.
4.We will discuss drink tickets and pay upon booking so don"t
ask the door guy or the bartenders every 15 minutes "when do we get drink tickets"..I will personally take care of this.....
(these tickets are for wells and domestic beer only)
5.No drinking in parking lot or in vehicles in parking lot.If
my security see's you drinking anything , they will ask you to dump it out.." we don't know whats in the container your drinking
so we like to play it safe and stick to the "no drinking outside " rule. If we catch you drinking alcohol , you will be asked
to leave and to never return here.
6.Please do not touch P.A., Sound Board, Amps, E.Qs, Mic
stands, or anything on stage
7.No outside food or drink allowed inside the building
(no exceptions)
8.Do not plug anything in by the amps unless approved by the
"sound guy"
9.Play your set and break down within the time
given ..we do 3 to 5 bands a night and we would like for every band to have a good set and not get ripped off on time
because another band is lagging getting their stuff off the stage
10.load in is at 7:00
11.Bands with minors in them can play here but minors
can only be in the building while setting up equipment, actually playing their set, and tearing down..
They must wait outside before they play and leave immediately after
they play
12. If you are playing in a band with Minors, No Alcohol Is allowed
on or near the stage area while their is a minor present, playing, setting up , or tearing down...."NO EXCEPTIONS" !!!
13.Please , NO STICKERS or graffiti anywhere on the building
, customers cars, bathrooms, chairs, etc..We have a spot for your sticker and your creativity if you need it.If caught we
will ask you to remove it and never play here again.
14.All we ask the bands to do is make fliers for their upcoming
show.I have commercial ads and news paper ads as well.
15.If you use Confetti , silly string , fake blood, or make
a complete mess of the stage area..you will be asked to clean it up ...If you refuse , you won't get paid and/or
you won't ever play here again.
16. If you break something here , lights , neon signs , banners ,
stripper pole , bar chairs , tables , etc..You will be asked to replace or fix..If you refuse , you won't get paid and/or
you will never play the Roadhouse again and we might even have you arrested depending on the situation and the crime at the
time.
17. We Reserve the right to refuse service and/or escort out any patron/band
member that is being annoying to other customers or can't and won't follow the rules here at the roadhouse.
These rules apply to all patrons , guests, and bands that come to
the roadhouse.Rules subject to change for National acts.
